“Dr. Russell, good evening.  I just wanted to follow up with you about our last phone conversation.  When we last spoke, you found out that I now have active sperm but wanted me to continue on the prednisone for a week followed by ibuprofen. I was about done with the prednisone when my wife felt like she needed to take a pregnancy test.  She took two tests and we just followed up with a visit to her ObGyn and confirmed that she is pregnant and due in July.  Needless to say, we are very excited.  We were not sure if this would ever happen, especially after the first surgery (with another reversal surgeon) failed.  We just wanted to say how thankful we are to you and your staff.  You are amazing and we are so thankful that you helped us with this.  We look forward to sending pictures of our new baby in July.  Thanks again.”
